Anthony Buller (the testator) identifies his siblings Charles, Mathew and Thomasin (married to (unknown) Hancock). He is married to Margarett lately Hart formerly {unknown} and she has a son William Hart a Goldsmith in London. He is executor of the will. He is leaving 500 pounds to his siblings which was a substantial estate already and he left the remainder of his estate to his wife. Margaret is perhaps Margaret Tolleday married to John Hart 25 Aug 1698 at Saint Martin in the Fields. William Hart was baptized 13 Aug 1704 son of John and Margaret Hart at Saint Martin in the Fields and is perhaps the William mentioned in the will as Executor and son of Margaret wife of Anthony Buller.
Anthony Buller married Margaret Hart 25 Mar 1706 at Saint Martin in the Fields, Westminster (M00145-7 Family Search). They appear to have had one child a daughter Margaret baptized 11 Jul 1708 at St Martin in the Fields. I find this Buller to be most interesting as Henry Christopher Buller baptized some of his children at St Martin in the Fields in the 1840s. Looking at Family Search I also found a John Buller married to Martha Wyllett 30 Sep 1659 at St Martin in the Fields. There was an earlier baptism of a William Hart 30 Aug 1703 at St Andrew Holborn son of John Hart.
Interesting entry in British History online 8 Apr 1661 Warrant from Treasurer Southampton to the Clerk of the Pipe for a lease to Francis Buller of the meadow or pasture and Buildings thereon lying in the precinct of the late disparked park of Kerrybullock, co. Cornwall, parcel of the manor of Stoke-Climsland; and of the parcel of underwood growing on the farm ground called Kerribullock Park; the lease to be for one life in reversion of John Buller and Anthony Buller at a fine of 20 l. and under the old rent of 8 l. 2 s. 0 d. and 12 l per annum de incremento, payable to the Receiver of the Duchy of Cornwall.
Anthony is a rather unusual forename in the Buller family thus far and this could merit further investigation; possibility of sons not mentioned on the Visitation.

2 I Anthony Buller of the parish of St Martins in the

4 being weak in Body but of good and sound mind do make
5 publish and declare this to be and contain my Last Will and
6 Testament and first I recommend my Soul unto Almighty
7 God my Creator hopeing through the Merritts of my Saviour
8 and Redeemer Jesus Christ to Inherritt Eternall life and as
9 for and concerning such Worldly Estate which it hath already or shall
10 hereafter please Almighty God to Bless me with I give and dispose
